Eye Movement Neurointegration (EMN) is a gentle yet powerful way to create lasting, positive change.
It combines elements of EMDR, EMI, and generative trance to help you let go of limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. Once those beliefs are released, new, healthier beliefs can take their place—forming fresh neural pathways that naturally begin to influence every part of your life.
Like EMDR, EMN uses guided eye movements, but with a broader focus. By helping the brain release old beliefs stored in the amygdala (the part of the brain that triggers a threat response), EMN stops the cycle of scanning for danger that keeps those beliefs alive.
