Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Eye Movement Navigation (EMN), I help you uncover how your thoughts, emotions, and language shape your experience of life. These powerful techniques allow us to release the emotional charge from past experiences, dissolve limiting beliefs, and create new, empowering patterns of thought and behaviour.

Hi I'm Kirstie.
With over 10 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, confidence issues, and goal-setting, I bring a grounded, practical approach to change.
I started my career as a Wellbeing Practitioner and built on that foundation with a Psychology degree and certification in NLP.
